If you want to write a strong offer letter that is sure to stand out, it’s important to establish a connection with the seller. Be friendly, share what you love most about the home, insert a personal touch “(My family and I would love making memories in the kitchen”, for example), and any important financial details, like your earnest money deposit.
Do I need to be pre-approved? If so, how do I get pre-approved?
A pre-approval is essentially your buying power. It helps you become a competitive buyer because it prevents you from shopping for a home that you potentially can’t afford. We don’t require a pre-approval, but we can definitely provide you with references if you need help with this step.
How long does the buying process typically take?
